These are questions I see daily & read constantly.

Well let me tell you something stop looking at the scale, don't give up because you aren't seeing progress as quickly as you like.

What I want you to do is keep showing up, stay consistent, stay positive, & most importantly believe that you can.

Take progress photos weekly , you will see a change. Even if it's small you are making progress . Listen to your body, let how your clothes fit do the talking. Even of that scale isn't going ,but you are seeing changes to your body. You are doing something right, within time people will start to notice. Keep pushing toward your goals , reward yourself after each workout. Take that 30mins to 45mins & focus 100% you !
